Just got my dreads fixed, she did an amazing job on them. She was really fast, really nice salon and I couldn't be more happy how my dreads turned out. She really knows what she's doing!! Definitely recommend her !
Good products but the girl comes a bit late and no answer the phone

I made an appointment for 1 pm and showed up and the owner told me to wait a few minutes. After about 20 minutes, the guy whose hair she was doing turned to me and said “you might want to come back, this is going to take about 5 hours.” I told her that this was extremely unprofessional because we had an appointment and she gave me no notice about the delay. When I get annoyed, she started SCREAMING at me and told me to get out. Worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. I left in tears because she was so mean to me. Do not go here!
If it was possible to give no stars, I would! I made an online order a few weeks ago and immediately received a confirmation email, but after a week of waiting I got worried that something was wrong and I sent an email asking about the tracking information for the package. A few days passed and the email was never answered so I decided to call when I had the chance. I was informed that I will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as I hang up, but a day passed and no email was sent. The next day I decided to call again to ask for the tracking number and was informed that it will be sent to be right away, but again nothing. Irritated, I called an hour later and was informed again that it will be sent to me immediately. I am still waiting for the email with the tracking number almost two weeks after the order was placed and I am extremely frustrated. This is NO way to treat paying customers for such expensive service! I understand that delays happen, but the customer should be informed about this! This shop claims in the terms and conditions that in case of delays or changes, customers will be notified as soon as possible. They definitely don't practice their policies because I have not been notified of anything apart from the payment confirmation email when the order was place. It is absurd to treat paying customers with such negligence and I sure hope that other customers are treated better than this and have better experiences with this shop. Extremely frustrated and unsatisfied with this service and customer care that I can confidently advice people never to use their online services! If you live nearby don't bother using their online shop, just visit them in person and get what you need right away. Completely unacceptable!
